Battersea Park BR station is less than 5 minutes walk away, with direct trains to Clapham Junction, Victoria and Waterloo.  These trains run very regurlarly and take no more than 5 minutes to either station.  From Battersea Park Road there are buses to Vauxhall, Liverpool Street, and Victoria.   A direct bus from Queenstown Road will take you to Hyde Park Corner and Oxford Street.
